Ultimax GL Basic furniture adhesive is designed for gluing foam, latex, batting, fabric, coconut coir between each other in any combinations, as well as for gluing these materials to wood, plywood, cardboard, chipboard, oriented strand board in the production of upholstered furniture and mattresses. This adhesive for upholstered furniture has been designed to have a high penetrating ability. Once the solvent components have evaporated, the adhesive is odorless and forms a thin, elastic, frost-resistant bond that can withstand repeated deformation loads. The short initial setting times allow for an uninterrupted manufacturing process of the future product.
- Appearance: Homogeneous mass without lumps and foreign inclusions
- Color: amber or red

- Density at 20 °C, g/cm3: 1.05 ±0.05
- Dynamic viscosity at 20 °C: 350 ±50 MPa × sec
- Initial setting time: up to 40 sec
- Open curing time: from 40 sec to 6 min (depends on temperature and layer thickness)
- Maximum adhesive joint strength: after 24 hours
- Odor: low in liquid state/absent after drying
- Heat resistance: -20 °C to +50 °C
- Ingredients: SBS rubber solution, synthetic resins, plasticizers and a mixture of non-flammable thinners
Store the adhesive in hermetically sealed containers at temperatures from +10 °C to + 25 °C. Do not store the adhesive near sources of open fire and heat, do not expose to direct sunlight. In case of freezing, the adhesive fully restores its original consistency and properties at room temperature.
